Professional Training and Experience

I am a Level 4 and Level 5 Integrative Psychotherapist, having previously completed Level 3 Counselling Studies and now with over 1,000 client hours.

I am currently working towards BACP accreditation.

I also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Sexual Compulsivity Disorder and Sex & Porn Addiction Therapy, which allows me to work confidently with both clients and their partners around compulsive sexual behaviours and intimacy challenges.

Drawing on my Teaching Diploma, I have developed and delivered both company-designed and self-created therapy programmes. My background enables me to work confidently with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Over the past six years I have worked within both male and female prisons across Surrey, supporting individuals with complex trauma, compulsive behaviours, and mental health difficulties.
This experience has given me the insight and flexibility to work effectively with people managing ADHD, both diagnosed and undiagnosed.

In addition to my therapeutic practice, I have worked as a Case Manager and Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, delivering Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and facilitating Group Therapy.

I have also delivered 12-week full-time programmes, including An Introduction to the 12 Steps, for people with multiple and complex support needs.

Previously, I have held roles within:

These positions included one-to-one therapy, group facilitation, case management, psychoeducation, and a range of wellbeing support services.
