What to expect?
Individual therapy offers a calm, supportive space just for you — a place to talk openly, explore what you’re feeling, and understand yourself more deeply.
Many people come to individual therapy for help with anxiety, low mood, stress, ADHD-related challenges, relationship issues, trauma, or simply because life feels overwhelming.
In our sessions together, you can expect:

You’re welcome to bring whatever is on your mind — big or small — without judgement or pressure.
A pace that feels right for you
Some sessions may feel reflective and gentle, others more practical and focused. We work in the way that best supports you.
An integrative approach
I blend several therapeutic models (person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT) depending on what you need at the time.
Support with emotional wellbeing
This might include exploring patterns, building coping tools, processing experiences, or strengthening confidence and self-awareness.
Individual therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to navigate life with clarity and compassion.
